Returns Policy

We follow the guidelines set by the Office of Consumer Affairs.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or different from a sample we have shown you. In situations where we are not obliged to give you a refund, we may offer you a store credit or exchange. If you wish to return goods to us, they must be returned in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by original sales receipt.
